The objective of this agentic-based tool is to parse a patient’s current mediation regimen, compare it with up-to-date research and medical references, and present to clinical providers and pharmacy managers a report of potential interactions amongst all currently prescribed medications that could negatively affect the health of the patient. This is meant as a resource to facilitate current important work of providers and pharmacists to manage patient medications for such interactions. With patients taking more and newer medications with more complicated conditions and health statuses, this system aims to empower clinical expertise by doing the legwork of patient chart review and clinical research review to present the most meaningful information for health decisions.
